We were very excited to see that Horatio’s Garden Scotland featured on yesterday evening’s episode of Beechgrove Repotted!
The segment about Horatio’s Garden begins at approximately 8 minutes 30 seconds.
The Beechgrove Garden team previously visited our garden at the Queen Elizabeth Spinal Injuries Unit in Glasgow back in 2017, speaking with Founder & Chair of Trustees Dr Olivia Chapple, Head Gardener Sallie Sillars and patients making the most of this beautiful place.
The programme focussed on a host of projects the team have previously visited across Scotland, which all use gardening as a therapeutic way of supporting people’s health and wellbeing. It’s a wonderful episode introducing a wider audience to the many incredible things that gardens and gardening have to offer.
We are thrilled to have been a part of Beechgrove and hope that we can welcome them back to the garden soon, enabling everyone to see how Horatio’s Garden Scotland has flourished throughout the past few years.
