The Colchester Rovers Cycling Club (CRCC) holds an annual ‘Sportive’ in aid of charity, and this year’s event is very kindly being held in honour of Horatio’s Garden.
Everyone is welcome to take part in the event on Sunday 24thMarch from 9am-2pm, with both a 50-mile and a 25-mile route available so that anyone can get involved!
The CRCC chose to support Horatio’s Garden this year as two of their members, Will Tweddell and Julie Baker, have recently benefitted from spending time in our garden at the National Spinal Injuries Centre in Stoke Mandeville. We are incredibly pleased to hear that both Will and Julie are making good progress, and it’s wonderful to know that the work Horatio’s Garden does makes a real difference to people like Will and Julie, and all their family and friends.
Entry costs £5.00 on the day, with a special discounted price of £2.00 for Juniors.
