The Chiltern Brewery are launching a new limited edition ale – Pride of Bucks and Berks and every pint of the new ale sold will raise 5p for Horatio’s Garden Stoke Mandeville which will provide solace for patients.

Brothers George and Tom Jenkinson and The Chiltern Brewery team were voted ‘The Pride of Buckinghamshire and Berkshire Life’ last year in the prestigious annual Food and Drink Awards from leading regional magazine title Buckinghamshire & Berkshire Life. The special award recognises individuals and businesses which actively and proudly promote the great local produce that Buckinghamshire and Berkshire have to offer, so they decided to launch a beer in tribute.

“To be voted pride of two counties that have such a fabulous food heritage is superb” said Tom Jenkinson. “We work hard to create great tasting new ales and think this is a cracker – and a fitting tribute. We are also very excited to be working with such a fabulous charity as Horatio’s Garden.”

The ale is available to Click & Collect online at the Chiltern Brewery’s website and at their brewery shop in Terrick. You will also spot the beer on tap at many pubs in the area.
