At this year’s Southport Flower Show, Fletchers Solicitors created an accessible show garden. They also raised awareness and ran a raffle throughout the show, which ran from Thursday 14 August to Sunday 18 August.
Alex Law, Head Gardener of Horatio’s Garden Midlands, took the time to visit Fletchers at the the show on Thursday.
Discussing their goals for the Southport Flower Show, Fletchers said: “Our aim for our garden at the Southport Flower Show, Wild and Free, which we created in partnership with James Barnett Gardens and A1 Gardening, was to create a truly inclusive and accessible garden for all. We were even more delighted to win gold and hope the space provides a peaceful, tranquil experience for all who visit. Taking inspiration from Horatio’s Garden, our garden is a celebration of the restorative nature of the outdoors, outlining our commitment to health and recovery”
Fletchers had a very successful time at the show, receiving a Gold Medal for their stunning garden.
Fletchers are a Corporate Friend of Horatio’s Garden Midlands, and we are so grateful to them for raising awareness and fundraising for the charity at the Southport Flower Show.
