Horatio’s Garden Midlands is opening in support of the National Garden Scheme on Saturday 7 June 2025 from 12-3pm.

Horatio’s Garden Midlands will be opening its gates as part of the National Garden Scheme, offering visitors a special opportunity to explore this beautiful, transformative garden set within The Robert Jones & Agnes Hunt Orthopaedic Hospital in Owestry, Shropshire.
Designed by Bunny Guinness, the garden is naturalistic and gentle, creating a calm and uplifting environment for people with spinal injuries, families, staff and visitors alike. The garden was opened to great acclaim in September 2019 and was partly funded by the National Garden Scheme. It features raised beds, beautiful specimen trees, an expertly designed garden room, a gorgeous glasshouse and a calming serpentine rill running the length of the garden.
