The idyllic Braxted Park will be opening its stunning gardens to the public on behalf of the National Garden Scheme on Tuesday 6th July 2021 from 10am – 4pm and have generously invited us to be part of the occasion.
With extensive plantings of perennials, mixed borders of unusual shrubs and roses in abundance, the team who carefully nurture the estate are thrilled that they will soon be able to share these gorgeous tranquil surroundings with plenty of horticultural enthusiasts.
Head Gardener, Andrea Cooper, will be on hand to answer questions and give guided tours throughout the day for a further £5 per person donation on the day and there will be light refreshments available in the historic Walled Garden Pavilion.
All the profits raised from the sale of the day’s delicious lunches and afternoon teas will be generously donated to Horatio’s Garden, whilst we will also have a presence at the event to help spread the word about the charity’s work.
Admission to the estate costs £6 for adults. Children can enter for free.
The money collected from ticket sales will go directly to the National Garden Scheme, who do incredible work supporting charities like us across the UK.
We’re very much looking forward to seeing lots of you there later this summer!
