Eton College recently celebrated the rennovation of the College Chapel with a Flower Festival. Each house celebrated an old Etonian, and Cotton Hall’s Flower design was in memory of Horatio Chapple, and recognised the work of Horatio’s Garden. The arrangement was done by Toria Britten.
