Sandra is a riding instructor and British Dressage Judge who sustained a spinal injury earlier this year whilst schooling. She was spending time at the spinal centre in Salisbury just as we welcomed 2022 Badger Beer Chase winner Frodon to the garden to celebrate the launch of our charity partnership with Wincanton Racecourse.
Fast forward to Sunday 26 October and we had just as brilliant a time enjoying the company of all those who joined us for a special lunch at Wincanton marking the start of the season.
Thanks to everyone’s amazing support, you’ve helped to raise more than £70,000! Your kindness will help us to make an extraordinary difference for people with spinal injuries in our transformative gardens – people just like Sandra.
