As some of you may know, Rosamund Davies was due to open her beautiful garden in Slade in support of the National Garden Scheme this month. However, as Coronavirus has caused the National Garden Scheme to shut all its gardens for the foreseeable future, now Rosamund is giving you the opportunity to virtually visit her stunning garden as part of their new Support Our Gardens fundraising campaign.

Rosamund is both a trustee of the National Garden Scheme and a wonderful supporter of Horatio’s Garden Cardiff, hence her enthusiasm for sharing her garden with as many people as possible. As Horatio’s Garden is a key beneficiary of the National Garden Scheme, Rosamund will be supporting two causes which are close to her heart by simply sharing her video. The Support OuGardens campaign is about giving everyone the chance to explore different gardens across the UK, whilst simultaneously encouraging everyone to donate a little along the way.

In her video, Rosamund introduces you to the many incredible tulips currently blooming in her garden, which is an unexpected jewel in the Vale of Glamorgan with beautiful views overlooking the Bristol Channel. Her garden is a sea of spring colour, perfectly combining the formal and the informal, which you will notice when watching the video.

You can see the tour by clicking the link at the top of this page. In addition, if you would like to find out more about Rosamund’s garden and discover many others virtually opening in support of the National Garden Scheme this summer, please CLICK HERE.

We hope you enjoy the videos as much as we have!
