Law firm Bolt Burdon Kemp (BBK), who are ranked by the Legal 500 as a Top Tier firm and have over 30 years’ experience in complex injury cases, have been dedicated supporters of Horatio’s Garden for many years. They sponsor all the seasonal events we hold in both our Salisbury and Stoke Mandeville garden, offering patients and their families the opportunity to enjoy tea, cake and delicious food in each other’s company.
The firm have a dedicated spinal injury team, which is led by Partner Raquel Siganporia. She and her team, which consists of Alex Dabek and Victoria Oliver, attend all the events we hold for patients and always tell us how much they love coming along and hearing what a difference Horatio’s Garden is making.
In addition to all they already do for the charity, the team recently invited one of our volunteers to come along with them for an exclusive tour of the Williams Racing Museum in Oxford, which included a visit to their private heritage car collection too.
Pauline, who volunteers in our Scotland garden, went along as BBK’s special guest for the day, proving that she was an enthusiastic racing fan by coming all the way from Glasgow!
She shared that it was a real privilege to be given a unique insight into this world-famous, family-run business and that their guide was both knowledgeable and interesting. She also spoke highly of Raquel and Victoria from BBK, sharing that they were incredibly generous with their time and that they all unanimously agreed over lunch that each Horatio’s Garden has an enormously positive impact on the lives of patients and their loved ones.
