Professional, versatile artist Rebecca Rason Flor Ferreira will soon be joining us as the new artist in residence in Horatio’s Garden Stoke Mandeville!
Rebecca will be in the garden every Monday from 12pm – 5pm from Monday 13th January to Monday 24th February. Patients and their loved ones will all have the chance to paint with Rebecca, who will be offering gentle encouragement to those pursuing their own artistic endeavours. She would also love to simply chat with anyone who visits the garden and having lived in Portugal for ten years, she is sure to have some stories!
Since 2003, Rebecca has exhibited her art at solo and group exhibitions in both the UK and Europe and works in a range of mediums and techniques. She often finds inspiration in the world of plants and flowers, as these give her the opportunity to explore the colour spectrum and each specimen’s incredible design.
