Friends and relatives of Eileen Lodge generously donated to Horatio’s Garden at Eileen’s funeral.
Eileen’s family wrote:
‘Eileen loved outdoor life and nature and all aspects of gardening and wildlife. She was a very special lady. She never married, but was surrounded by nephews and nieces. She had lived with a spinal problem.
Everyone at her funeral was very moved by Horatio’s story and we could not have as a family been more comforted knowing her collection was going to such a worthy and special cause.’
