Hugo Nugent and Louise Rutherford both ran the Thetford Iceni Half Marathon on the 11 September. Yes, that’s right: 13.1 miles! Powered, they tell us, solely by jelly babies, grit and determination. They tackled an off-road course that winds along the Icknield Way, one of the oldest Roman roads in England.
They raised an amazing £1,190 for Horatio’s Garden – what an amazing achievement! Thank you so much to everyone who donated and well done to Louise and Hugo!
