This summer, we’re planning to hold The Great Horatio’s Garden Plant Sale at Longford Castle on Sunday 6th June from 2pm – 5pm.
Our Patron, the Countess of Radnor, has generously offered to support the event by hosting the plant sale at her home. Therefore, not only will the occasion be an opportunity to buy plenty of stunning plants, it will also be your chance to tour the castle’s spectacular formal gardens and visit one of the most beautiful estates in the country, both of which are usually closed to the public.
Of course, in true Horatio’s Garden tradition, lots of the plants available will have been grown in our garden in Salisbury, whilst others will have been nurtured in our four other gardens across the country. We are also hopeful that the sale will feature a host of plants grown in local nurseries, ensuring there will be a plethora of foliage to choose from!
Additionally, there will be a selection of the charity’s gorgeous, bespoke merchandise on offer, along with stalls bearing our volunteers’ handcrafted delights and delicious homemade cakes, as well as much, much more.
To ensure everyone’s safety, we will be selling tickets prior to the event, which will cost £7.50 per person*.
Pre-booking is therefore essential and we will be updating this page with details on how to secure your tickets very soon.
Car parking will be free and unlimited.
Additionally, please do keep checking back here to discover all the latest details regarding the event.
We’re very much looking forward to hopefully seeing many of you at Longford Castle this summer!
