Vivien Lloyd is a leading authority on the preservation of fruit and vegetables, with a lifelong passion for making and teaching traditional preserves. Author of ‘First Preserves’, Vivien is a WI Preserves Judge and teaches at cookery schools across the UK. Vivien’s preserves have won prestigious competitions, notably the Marmalade Awards and Fortnum and Mason’s Chutney Challenge.
