An opportunity to visit Horatio’s Garden Stoke Mandeville for a private tour. Every Horatio’s Garden is created by a leading designer and rarely open to the public. This tour offers a unique opportunity to immerse yourself in the restorative garden and learn more about its key design features and style, the benefits of therapeutic horticulture and the impact of gardens on wellbeing.

Horatio’s Garden Stoke Mandeville was designed by RHS Chelsea Flower Show winner and BBC Gardeners’ World presenter Joe Swift. He studied at The English Gardening School at the Chelsea Physic Garden in 1990 and has been creating gardens ever since.

Horatio’s Garden Stoke Mandeville includes special design features including secluded areas to be surrounded by nature, with grasses creating structure and space, highly perennial, sensory and wildlife-friendly planting for all-year-round colour and a light airy garden room.

Spending time in the garden and the garden room daily soothed my pain. It helped me with my recovery, allowed me to focus on the positives.
