An opportunity to visit Horatio’s Garden London & South East for a private tour. Every Horatio’s Garden is created by a leading designer and rarely open to the public. This tour offers a unique opportunity to immerse yourself in the restorative garden and learn more about its key design features and style, the benefits of therapeutic horticulture and the impact of gardens on wellbeing.
Horatio’s Garden London & South East was designed by eight-time RHS acclaimed Chelsea Flower Show gold medal winner and internationally renowned landscape architect Tom Stuart-Smith who has more than thirty years’ experience. His work combines naturalism with modernity and built forms with romantic planting.
Horatio’s Garden London & South East is split into two distinct gardens that envelop the ward: a bright, ‘gregarious’ area for socialising with colourful planting and walls designed for seating – and an enclosed, contemplative space with soothing, muted planting and delicate birches. The garden also features unusual, wildlife-friendly plants and bird and butterfly boxes to encourage biodiversity, layered and subtle planting featuring scented and tactile elements, airy grasses and leaf interest.
