Supporters, patrons, volunteers, and staff are invited to join Horatio’s Garden during the iconic Chelsea Flower Show for our Annual Drinks Party and Secret Art Sale the National Army Museum.
Guests will enjoy fine wine and delicious canapés while they browse the art on show and choose which one they would like to buy for just £50 – the catch is, they don’t know who has created their favourite piece, hence the art being ‘secret’! It could be a supporter of the charity, a leading artist or a well-known celebrity…
In the past Horatio’s Garden has received wonderful works from high-profile artists, such as Tom Hammick, Maggi Hambling, Sarah Armstrong-Jones, and Mark Coreth. Similarly, some familiar faces have also been known to donate their work, including film director Tim Burton, Anneka Rice, Hugh Fearnley-Whittingstall and the nation’s star baker, Mary Berry.
If you would like to take part by submitting your own piece of art, please contact either email@example.com or firstname.lastname@example.org, or alternatively call 01722 326834 to request a pack. Tickets for the Chelsea Drinks Party and Secret Art Sale will be going on sale in February, so please check back soon.
We like to extend our gratitude to the event’s generous sponsors: The Chambers of William Mousley QC, 2 King’s Bench Walk and Rathbone Investment Management. Thanks must also go to the National Army Museum and Sarah Symington Catering.
